We take pride in our 'Utz Fresh' guarantee. Every bag is marked with a 'Best By' date and shipped directly from our distribution centers to ensure you receive the highest quality crunch.

What is your shipping policy for snack orders?

We offer standard shipping across the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes due to the perishable nature and size of our snack boxes.

Do you offer gluten-free or allergen-friendly options?

Yes, many of our products, including several potato chip varieties, are naturally gluten-free. You can filter by dietary preferences on our product pages and check the allergen statement on each individual package.

What should I do if my snacks arrive damaged?

While we pack our snacks with care to prevent breakage, issues can occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
